New Creation Healing Center, Inc. is happy to provide the services of two licensed professional Christian Counselors.
Judy Howell, LMHC has
many years of counseling experience with both adolescents and adults.
One of Judy’s areas of
expertise is with individuals struggling with substance abuse.
She has lead several groups in New England such as a 12—Step Recovery
program and Anger Manager for Women. Judy
has worked as an adolescent counselor both in office and residential settings.
Judy received her
Bachelor of Science Degree in 1999 from Granite State College.
She then went on to receive her Masters of Education in Counseling
Psychology from Cambridge College in 2006.
Areas of Treatment Interest:
· Anxiety and depression disorders
· Bipolar disorders
· Grief and loss
· Addictive behavior
· Anger management
· ADHD and ADD
Judy is licensed to
practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts and is a participating provider
for Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, Cigna and Teamsters insurances.

Paula Oliveira, LICSW
is licensed as a clinical social worker to provide counseling to individuals and
families. She has
experience helping individuals of all ages.
She has special interest in working with individuals who have been
traumatized through abuse or neglect, are anxious, depressed or in codependent
relationships.
Paula has been working in the field of social work since 1989 when she graduated from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Her various job
experiences include child protection, counseling court involved youth, home
based family crisis counseling and school social work.
Areas of Treatment Interest:
· Improving or increasing individuals emotional well-being
· Depression and anxiety disorders
· Grief and loss issues
· Trauma from physical, emotional and sexual abuse
· Codependency/COA issues
· Issues specific to the aging
Paula is a
participating provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield (Non-HMO, HMO & Federal), Coventry Health Care, First
Health, Health Care Value
Management, Medicare, New Hampshire Medicaid, Teamsters Care, Tufts and Value Options
insurances.
